Chablis Premier Cru Côte de Léchet
Description
The Côte de Léchet faces South-East and dominates the village of Milly. The 38 degree slop is in full sunlight, its very poor and stony soil helps to keep yields low, and makes mineral wines. A Pure Chablis! The Côte de Léchet has a very marked floral character in the mouth, showing white flowers.
Paring / Ageing
The flint, the characteristic of a mineral wine, is evident, so it combines superbly with the finest of grilled fish.
